Annual RN Student Day.Acts as a platform for students to engage in best practices for transitioning to the workforce- how to identify the practice setting that is the right fit, learn from previous graduates how to successfully make the “jump” to employment, and provides an opportunity to engage with over 40 regional organizations seeking to hire RNs and academic institutions offering graduate programs highlighting graduate nursing education options.

Online Guide to Nursing Education.The Portal is a “one stop shop” to support:
Prospective nursing students to explore the various education programs offered by CT nursing schools and programs. This Portal was created to share all of the nursing schools, programs and tracks for nursing education in the State of Connecticut. ONLINE EDUCATION
100% Online Clinical Faculty CourseThe 100% Online Clinical Faculty Course is a 3-week online faculty-led course which prepares new faculty to "hit the ground running" and meet the demands within today's healthcare settings. On-going mentoring services provided by course faculty fosters retention and development in nursing education. This interactive course is for novice clinical educators or those wanting to become clinical educators. It provides the "nuts and bolts" in developing teaching and evaluating skills for new educators. It is an excellent foundation to guide them in transitioning to the role of clinical faculty. Upon successful completion of the 100% Clinical Faculty Course participants earn 30 contact hours.
Professional Development Workshops
The Education Series Workshops are to further education of nurses and professionals including innovations and tools. Workshops are generally free, however registration is required.

100% Online RN Refresher Course This four-module Virtual RN Refresher course is facilitated by exemplar faculty who are members of the CCNW. The course is designed for inactive nurses who wish to return to staff level positions on general medical-surgical units of hospitals, long-term care facilities, home care or other health care agencies after being away from practice for three to five years or more.
RN "Re-Entry" Boot Camp This 8-Week RN Re-Entry Boot Camp offered by the Connecticut League for Nursing is based off of our successful Flagship 17-Week RN Refresher Course.

Population Health Course
The free and online "Introduction to Population Health Course" provides an overview of the framework and its impact on both practice and the healthcare delivery system. This Course developed in partnership with the Connecticut Nursing Collaborative-Action Coalition and the Connecticut Center for Nursing Workforce, Inc. (formally Connecticut League for Nursing), under a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is a four-module, online course that serves as a primer for nurses, nursing students and other healthcare providers to inform their practice and impact care excellence to their patients and clients.
