At the Connecticut Center for Nursing Workforce (CCNW), we are committed to addressing critical needs in nursing education, workforce development, and leadership. But we can't do it alone. We need your help to ensure the continued success and growth of our programs.

• Retaining Nurses and Supporting Nurse Leaders: Retaining nurses and fostering leadership within the workforce are more critical than ever. Your donations will fund programs that provide mentorship and development opportunities for both current nurses and those who aspire to lead in the future.
  
• Diversifying the Workforce: It is essential to bring diverse perspectives to the table in healthcare. CCNW is dedicated to expanding our reach and supporting the recruitment of nurses from all backgrounds. Your gift helps us support a more inclusive and representative nursing workforce, better equipped to care for our diverse population.
  
• Mentorship and Growth for Students, Faculty, and Leaders: From student nurses to seasoned professionals, mentorship is key to success. • Expanding Programming: To better serve the evolving needs of the nursing profession. This includes:
  
  • Nurse Entrepreneurship: Helping nurses become innovators in healthcare by launching and managing their own businesses.
    
  • Supporting Internationally Educated Nurses: Providing resources, education, and mentorship to nurses who are trained internationally, helping them integrate into the U.S. healthcare system.

 By the Numbers:

• CCNW works with 25 schools and programs of nursing in the State of CT.
• We offer specialized courses for part-time and full-time nurse faculty, as well as RN refresher courses, serving nurses in Connecticut and across the US.
• 800 students attended our 44th Annual RN Student Day, gaining invaluable insights into their future careers.
